    Love your videos! Great reminders of things we do we just need to tweek how we are doing them. We started using BuilderTrend about 3 years ago and it made a huge difference with projects from beginning to end, but if you have a client who won’t use BuilderTrend you have to rely on the old methods. It also requires training Project Managers to follow these ideas also. Keep the great videos coming – even us old guys (43 years in the remodeling business) still learn new things every day!
